Holmes & Edwards, Inc. is an architectural firm founded in 1948. For over 60 years, the company has established itself as being concerned with effective cost control, building quality and design excellence.

Holmes & Edwards, Inc. is a full service architectural firm experienced in all phases of project development and construction. The consultants with whom we collaborate have an extensive history with the firm and we are proud of the results we have accomplished for our clients in the many and varied design and construction projects in which we have been involved.

The layout and imagery are developed into more detailed drawings. A perspective rendering may be provided. Finishes and building materials are discussed and selected. Ultimately we provide a more detailed construction cost budget if required. Once more, client input is regularly solicited.
