Having acted as a full time real estate investor for over 30 years, there are few things Bill hasn’t encountered or negotiated in his tenure as a real estate professional. Participating in over a thousand real estate transactions, Bill has remained grounded in the fundamentals of buying and selling property by maintaining strong relationships with clients and his conservative and disciplined approach to buying at appropriate margins. With his aversion to debt, Bill’s fiscally responsible approach to life and business has molded the culture at Home Recyclers and he is both the company’s greatest asset and resource for responsible business practices. Bill and his wife Pat have been married for over 40 years and have two children and six grand children. When Bill is not working, Bill can be found traveling with his wife, on a quick but frequent escape to his home in Scottsdale, AZ, or in the toy isle with one his grand kids at Target.
