Home Base Appraisal Management was founded in May 2009. We started our company with high hopes, and a little bit of money in the basement of Shannon’s house. We took everything one step at a time, and have achieved more than we ever thought we would. After 2 years in business we had grown out of the basement, and moved into an office building where we currently reside. We are still rapidly growing and hiring more staff to accommodate all of our clients and their needs.
Home Base AMC is a great company! They attract the best appraisers by offering a good pay rate, yet they do it without over charging the borrower! The staff has experience in the mortgage and appraisal industry , and they know how to give you the service you want and deserve.
I have been in the appraisal profession for over 6 years. While HVCC has been a burden to many in our occupation, there have been increased opportunities to work with AMC’s that have made the transition much more bearable.
