Description

HDA, Inc. is a privately held company founded in 1983 by Robert Ketterer and George Bearer, both experienced in commercial construction projects. Early in the company's history, the primary product was home plans. In 1997 the assets of National Plan Service, the industry's oldest distributor of publications to the home improvement channel, were acquired. As HDA's distribution demands grew, Foster & Hunt Marketing Services, Inc., a distribution company, was acquired in 2000.
