Home Health & Hospice Care’s Private Duty Program can help. With a full array of assistance designed to meet your individual needs, we provide a cost effective way to remain at home with maximum independence. Our licensed, trained professionals can help you to remain independent in your own home. Whether it’s for a short period of time while recovering from a medical procedure, or long term, Private Duty Services can be your solution. Services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are available whenever you need us.

For over 130 years, the Good Cheer Society has continued its active support of the agency, both through the volunteer efforts of its members and through its financial contributions to help support programs. In recent years, the Society's generosity has allowed HHHC to acquire state-of-the-art medical and business equipment.

Home Health & Hospice Care has been a provider of home care and hospice services since 1883 making us the region's most experienced Visiting Nurse Association. Serving 25 communities in southern New Hampshire, we provide traditional home care, inclusive of nursing, rehabilitation, therapies, medical social work, licensed nursing assistants, as well as homemakers and companions. Our Hospice team cares for patients in their homes, in nursing facilities, and in the Community Hospice House, which is owned and operated by Home Health & Hospice Care.
