When I started Home Professionals, Inc. I knew that I wanted to attract, hire and retain the best specialists possible for our customers. We offer above industry salaries, health benefits, a 401K and profit sharing to attract and retain the best employees. Our employees drive brand new company supplied E250 white Ford vans with Home Professionals, Inc. logos, fully furnished with company tools. The Home Professionals, Inc. process starts when you call our office to book an appointment. Our highly trained office manager will schedule your appointment, get your address and phone number and will process what your projects are. We usually will see you within several days of your call. Our sales staff consists of seasoned industry veterans. Together we have extensive experience in both construction and handyman projects and we handle all of the sales of the company. We will greet you at your door in Home Professionals attire and present you with a card and brochure. We will listen to your needs and provide recommendations where appropriate. At the conclusion of the appointment we will leave you with a multi page list of our referrals. Depending on our schedule, your salesman will return to our office and create a computer generated proposal with a projected installation date. These usually go out several days after our appointment depending on the size and scope of the project.
