When files are sent to HomeTech, Inc., for transcription all clients are asked to provide basic information about the file - claim number, policyholder name, interviewee name, etc. Certain clients ask that we provide further information - requestor ID, claimant name, etc., in the completed documents. This information is obtained by HomeTech, Inc., during the file transmission process. All information given to HomeTech, Inc. is done so directly by our clients. HomeTech, Inc. does not have any contact with any of our clients' internal networks, or their clients.
