Tammy Roberts decided to make the move to become a General Contractor in 2006 and along with her husband John opened the business of Homes Built by Design, Inc. Tammy has been designing homes since 1992 after working in the field of mechanical engineering. The business works in and around the Triad area building, remodeling and designing. Are you ready for your dream home? Whether you are building a new home or renovating an existing home, we can help along with our team of skilled and professional craftsman with the process from beginning to end. As the builder and residential designer with 20 years in the construction industry and many gold awards for design, to help you in the process. Tammy has served on the Board of Directors for the Greensboro Builder Association. We provide full in house plan design services with stock plans available that are casual and relaxed, while employing striking form and function. We work with each client to design or remodel their home and build it.
