Homes Now, Inc. is a 501-C.3 not for profit development corporation incorporated in October of 1997 for the purpose of providing affordable housing. HNI nine member board, headed by Carol A. Wolfe, meets bi-monthly. Since the establishment of HNI, two subsidiary corporations, Homes Now Chambers Bridge Project, Inc., and Sea Shellter, Inc., have been formed. HNI provides a service to municipalities wherein we build, rehabilitate, finance, and monitor new and existing deed restricted affordable housing in compliance with each municipality's certified COAH plan. Homes Now, Inc., has completed and sold or rented, 15 single family, detached, COAH restricted homes located in various neighborhoods throughout the community. At the present time, two sites which will offer four additional homes, are under construction. HNI is also in the process of leasing deed restricted land to provide group housing for developmentally disabled individuals...
