We'd like you to meet the Yochim family. Richard, Vanessa, Marisa, Tari, Eric, and Aaron. We began homeschooling our 4 children in 1985 by attending one of the first homeschool conferences to take place in Colorado. Marisa, Tari and Eric graduated from our homeschool, and Aaron attended a charter school for his 4 years of high school, where he made quite an impression on the baseball team. During his senior year, he hit a long home-run right out of center field, which managed to hit the roof of a car that happened to drive by just at that exact moment. A classmate even got it on film. Oh, the years have flown by. We now have grandchildren and are close to becoming empty nesters. We started our bookstore in 1995, operating as a used book resource out of the basement of our home. As time went on, we began adding new books to fill in the holes that used books just can't fill. After 3 years, we needed more room for books and customers, and less intrusion on our home...
