John's Bachelor degree in accounting gives him a great foundation to track and control construction costs against the project budget to avoid cost overruns. This allows Homestead Building Company to deliver a custom built home on time and on budget. His excitement to build homes is contagious, and his exacting attention to detail is evident in every home built.
