Homestead Pest Control was founded in 1976 by Matt Markowski. It is owned by Matt & Diane Markowski. Their son David Markowski is the General Manager. A daughter and son-in-law also work in the business. Homestead uses the latest techniques to eliminate pest, including baits and low odor liquids. Homestead was the first company in this area approved to use the Sentricon Colony Elimination System* and strives to always use products that will have the least impact on the environment. All of the technicians are State Certified and undergo continuous training. Matt Markowski was instrumental in forming the Local Pest Control Association, serving, as it's first President. He also served the Tennessee Pest Control Association as a Director, President and Committee Chairman. Diane Markowski has served, as Secretary, President and Treasurer of the Local Pest Control Association; Director and Parliamentarian of the TPCA, as well as Director and Committee Chairperson with the National Pest Control Association. David Markowski has been Director and President of the Local Assoication and Past-President of the Tennessee Pest Control Association. Donna, Matt & Diane's daughter is currently Secretary of the Local Association. Homestead is a member of the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the Better Business Bureau. Did you know?
