The Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standards provide, for the first time ever, new homebuyers and remodeling customers a way to measure their builder and the project against an industry-apporved set of standards. These Standards have been developed as a service to new home consumers and remodeling customers. The Standards create a series of performance standards that builders and consumers can use to communicate and understand each other’s expectations regarding building/remodeling projects.
