Now operating out of five locations - Commerce City (Denver), Grand Junction, and Durango, CO, Casper and Gillette, WY - we cover both sides of the Rockies in Colorado and Wyoming. Some key landmarks in Honnen's 44-year history include: - 1962 - Pete Honnen opens Honnen Equipment as a John Deere distributor in Commerce City (Denver), Colorado. - 1965 - Grand Junction, Colorado branch opens. - 1970 - Honnen takes on Grove Hydraulic Crane line. - 1972 - Durango, Colorado branch opens. - 1985 - Honnen adds National Boom Truck line. - 1987 - Honnen adds Hamm Roller line. - 1995 - Honnen Equipment continues as a family-owned and operated business when Pete's son, Mark, becomes President and General Manager and Pete ascends to become Chairman and CEO. - 1998 - Honnen adds Lull Variable Reach Forklift line. - 1999 - Honnen adds John Deere Commercial Worksite Products. - 2002 - Honnen acquires state of Wyoming territory for John Deere and opens new store in Mills, (Casper) Wyoming. - 2005 - Honnen takes on the Hitachi line in Wyoming. - 2006 - Honnen adds Wirtgen Milling machines and Vogele Pavers to compliment our Hamm Asphalt Roller line. - 2006 - Gillette, Wyoming branch opens...
