Honolulu Builders, LLC's mission statement is to provide dependable, professional services that allow the owner the confidence to achieve goals in economy of time and cost without compromise of quality. Established in 2002 by its principals Dan Jordan and Tom Ryan, the two collectively bring over 52 years of experience in the industry and have been responsible for over $900 million of in-place construction work.

We offer integration of the design discipline with construction to provide a finished product that satisfies the owner’s program requirements. This approach is both a science and an art, offering one of the most cost efficient project delivery. We select from proven design professionals to join with us in a team approach to deliver a complete project in a compressed schedule at a predetermined budget. This method delivers savings in cost and time, and establishes a team approach at the onset with the advantage of minimizing possible owner-designer-builder conflicts.

Honolulu Builders is highly qualified to provide our clients with general contracting services based on our years of construction experience and success. Honolulu Builders’ offices in Honolulu are home to our project management and estimating staff. We also maintain satellite operation teams on Maui and the Big Island, as well as an experienced team of Superintendents, Carpenters, Masons and Laborers on our payroll. Depending on sourcing decisions we will determine what amount of work would be subcontracted or performed in-house.
