Hoosier Accounts Service was established as a debt collection agency in 1969 with the goal of providing professional, quality services that produce favorable returns for our clients. Since then we have been collecting past due accounts in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky , with our office located in Evansville, Indiana .

As a part of our dedication to providing the most comprehensive debt collection service , Hoosier Accounts Service has established our own in-house legal department .

In addition to our modern technology, our legal department is headed up by an attorney who has been in the debt collection field for over 25 years . This attorney is enrolled in the Members' Attorney Program (MAP) to keep up-to-date with debt collection and related laws. Our lawyer also attends seminars, researches court cases, and follows up on all debt collection law changes, such as HIPAA laws and regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
