We currently manage 48 communities in thirteen states. Although our company is young, our senior management team collectively has over 150 years experience in seniors housing and healthcare.It’s a short but powerful statement and is the first sentence in Horizon Bay’s identity declaration, Horizon Care. In September 2002, after careful assessment and deliberation, Horizon Care was created and serves as Horizon Bay’s foundation and beliefs. More than just words, Horizon Care keeps us focused on who we are and the lives we impact. Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of every single life we touch.We manage several types of communities, including continuum of care retirement, independent living and assisted living. We help older adults maintain their independence, health and well-being in a safe and comfortable environment.
