Thank you for your interest in Horizon Management & Real Estate LLC. We are licensed with Orem City, Utah State Department of Commerce and the Division of Real Estate, as well as a member of the Utah County Board of Realtors. We are also a licensed Real Estate Brokerage. Our Management package includes the following: Advertising - in newspaper (at owner's expense), on our website, sign on property Rent rates - analysis of current market for your property Marketing units - We show the unit to each prospective tenant, screening of prospective tenants by verifying income, rental history and personal references. Rents & Collections of other fees - we collect all rents and other fees owed. All monies are deposited into a Property Management Trust Account. From these fees we can pay all authorized bills (mortgages, owner draws, management fees, maintenance and condo fees). Reports - You will receive a monthly computerized report detailing all monies received and all expenditures. For yearend, a year-to-date statement and IRS 1099 form will be provided. Maintenance - We have in-house maintenance and cleaning available. We also have outside contractors that we can recommend.
