My experience in the barbecue smoker industry comes from fifteen years of managing barbecue smokers, starting with Oklahoma Joe's in Perry, OK. I also spent the majority of those years traveling across the U.S. cooking in hundreds of championship barbecue cooking events. I have been awarded Grand Champion at several State, Regional and World Class contests.
