Description

About three years ago, I left the world of investment banking in search of a kindler and gentler environment. I have always been passionate about the wonderful world of lodging and hospitality, so I started a boutique lodging advisory business which catered to the small luxury resort segment. Soon thereafter I joined forces with a couple of high-net-worth investors, Christoph Henkel and Kjell Spangberg, both of whom are equally enamored with the luxury resort segment. Together we started the Canyon Group of Companies . After that I was able to convince a few friends, John Olberg, Chris Bush and Arun Paul, all of whom I have known a very long time and all of whom have extensive hospitality experience, to join us. This formed the core of the Canyon Group.
