Gary has spent his entire professional career in the Restaurant/Nightclub industry as an operator, multi-unit operator, concept designer and owner.Gary's passion for the Hospitality industry, and the professional relationships he has developed over the years, is the reason he formed HPS with Geordy and Amy. Gary began his career delivering pizza in college and immediately fell in love with the industry. Career highlights include: Opening Manager for Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, Opening Manager and Director of Operations for the Hard Rock Cafe, Vice President of Operations for Entertainment One Nightclub and Restaurant Management Company, McFadden Ventures. Gary is currently President of Tropical Development, a restraurant management company with properites in South Alabama.Gary spent most of his career recruiting, hiring, and training managers, the transition HPS has been easy. With Gary's ability to find the right candidate for the position, he is able to save the client time and money.
