Is your company already a Member of the HBA but you would like your own membership? Affiliate Memberships are available to any person or entity that is an employee, partner, or wholly owned subsidiary of an Associate Member or Active Builder Member.

The Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs was formed in 1954 by a group of builders who saw a need to unite to address the many concerns and issues affecting the home building industry. The HBA provides its members with services, programs, and legislative representation and membership opportunities unparalleled by any other trade association.

The cost for the room rental is defined below. A Member is defined as a Member of the Association in good standing; the purpose of the room rental is for Member Company business. If the use of the room is for non-Member Company use (i.e., Toastmasters Club), then the room rental is considered to be for Non-Members.
