Long recognized as the premier networking organization for real estate developers and related professionals engaged in affordable housing and historic rehabilitation, the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA) convenes quarterly to exchange ideas, discuss business trends and identify new opportunities. Our members work with low income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, new market tax credits, tax-exempt bond financing, and state housing finance agency, FHA, HUD and USDA rural development programs. NH&RA members receive tremendous value from the trend spotting, information sharing, relationship building and business development opportunities at the Association's conferences. NH&RA has provided a forum for developers since 1971 and, with 34 years experience, attracts the most sophisticated participants in affordable housing and historic rehabilitation. Our annual calendar includes the Annual Meeting each winter at a warm weather resort; Summer Institute, every August at an attractive seasonal destination; Spring and Autumn meetings in Washington, DC, Boston or other major cities.
