Jeffrey LeDoux, PE, President and CEO, joined the company in 1988. Providing consulting services in practically all areas of civil engineering, he has worked with a variety of public agencies at the state, county and municipal levels. Jeff also serves other public and private entities, including developers, landowners, watershed boards, water management districts, and other specially-created entities.

Jeremy McLaughlin, PE and Vice President, is experienced in bridge, road, and infrastructure design. He has worked on a variety of projects as a design engineer as well as a field engineer throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana. He has worked to provide services to both public agencies and private clients. McLaughlin has over 18 years' experience with HEI and working on bridges.
