J&B has over 300,000 square feet of state-of-the-art facilities spreading across four campuses located in three Minnesota cities.Headquartered in in St. Michael, MN, our state-of-the-art business facilities also include our Dry Age Facility, located in St. Michael, our deBarbeque ® Smokehouse in Montrose, MN and the addition of Ellison Meat Co., nestled in Pipestone, MN. These facilities provide J&B with the ability to manufacture, market and distribute a wide variety of premium proteins and protein solutions.
