Howick Associates is pleased to join Patina Solutions, and the team will continue to provide expertise in leadership development, designing and facilitating planning sessions, helping organizations implement strategic changes, coaching leaders and more.

Working within the Leadership Development and Results (LDR®) Framework, we provide a variety of services that help organizations create and implement succession processes that help meet their business needs.

Our redesign of Performance Management Systems involves building both manager and employee commitment by engaging key stakeholders in the redesign process. This involves working with senior leaders to develop a clear project charter, gather feedback and input from all employees and facilitate an internal design team to create a new system.

For over 18 years, Patina Solutions has utilized a unique method by which a whole system is involved in an effort to conduct planning efforts in real time. Derived from ground breaking methodologies known as Future Search® or Real Time Strategic Change®, our expertise in whole systems planning helps organizations create exciting possibilities, alignment, and collaboration for their organizations.

Individuals within the succession process may require external support to create and execute development plans. We provide executive coaching services to assist in their success.
