Attorney James “Ted� Hoyt is the founding member of Hoyt Legal, and brings our firm extensive experience in civil litigation, focused primarily on commercial landlord tenant matters. Ted comes to us from the downtown Boston law firm of Prince Lobel, by way of Mickelson Barnet in New Bedford. Before joining the Bar, Ted was an officer in the Army Special Forces (Green Beret), where he served in a variety of assignments and locations. Ted also has experience in real estate, land use and zoning, bankruptcy, employment, and family law.
