Shawn Berkau, Project Manager, is also on each project daily. Shawn has thirteen years experience in residential construction, mostly on high end, multi-million dollar homes. Shawn is responsible for purchasing most materials and subcontract management. She works closely with the homeowner, architect, and interior designer to assist in the selection of materials to ensure that all materials arrive on time, are correct, and have been purchased in accordance with the established budget.
