Hudson, Cisne & Co. LLP was established in 1987 out of the need to provide accounting, tax services, and audits to closely-held businesses. Since that time, the firm has grown from a staff of four professionals to a firm of 36 professionals, and six administrative support staff. Hudson, Cisne & Co. LLP is the fifth largest CPA firm in Arkansas providing assurance, tax, and other services to private and non-profit businesses.

We provide constructive solutions to the preparation and analysis of financial information, which is then reported to internal and external users through financial statements. We provide financial reporting on all three levels of assurance: Audit, Review, and Compilation.

Brent Sharpmack has over 10 years of experience in public accounting working with a number of private businesses, with both audit and tax services, and has notable experience working with companies in the construction, financial institution, and manufacturing industries.

We prefer to take a proactive verses a reactive approach to tax services. By keeping current on new tax laws and legislation, we are in a position to identify key tax planning opportunities that minimize both your current and future tax liabilities. We provide our clients with the taxation expertise and knowledge that they deserve throughout the year. We provide tax services for various types of entities including individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations.
