Specializing in High-End Photographic Scanners formerly manufactured in Kiel, Germany. Hudson Grafik Service is a leading global provider of Service and Support for all types of Prepress equipment built by the Hell / Linotype-Hell / Heidelberg companies. Servicing the Commercial Printing Industry was our main objective when forming the company in 2003, however the current business model is oriented specifically towards meeting the modern needs of our Artist / Photographer / Museum Film Archival client base.
We've been partners for nearly ten years. We share the same philosophy of going above and beyond. We tend to refurbish our machines to the extreme, being very picky about the details. We share our inventory of parts and machines to help better serve our customers. We collaborate on projects to refurbish spare parts and help our customers save money!
We take the motors completely apart and resurface the air bearing and motor shaft. We then reassemble and balance them to perfection using an extremely accurate (and expensive) measuring device. This part of our business represents a major investment which has paid off by creating a win/win situation for us and for our customers. Not only do the motors look new when we finish, they are, actually, brand new inside and out. In every case, we MUST get the old motor back as a Core Return.
