Description
Thank you for your interest in the Hudsonville Area Chamber of Commerce. We are excited to explore the ways in which we can benefit your business through relationship building, education, and advocacy. We exist to build a strong business climate where opportunities are created through partnerships, education, and relationship building. We seek to create opportunities for you and your business to interact, connect, and grow your business. There are many opportunities for you to get involved. We hope that you’ll take advantage of the Meet Eat and Learn (MEAL) program which is included in the cost of your membership. In addition, we offer networking opportunities such as our Four O’Clock Fridays and Golf Networking League, educational workshops, and opportunities to be involved in community events. Other ways to make the most of your membership are listing your events on the Hudsonville Area Chamber of Commerce website, sharing announcements about your business for weekly updates, sharing highlights during member time at meetings, and even participating in the many advertising options available through the Chamber.
We know the importance of building relationships with other business leaders in the community, which is why we build these opportunities into nearly all of our events. Here are some ways to build those relationships: Meet Eat and Learn (MEAL) program On the third Thursday of each month, the Chamber hosts a MEAL, providing the members and their guests with a professional development opportunity along with the chance to meet other members. The first half-hour of each of these events is dedicated to meeting & greeting.
> LIVE & WORK HERE We are excited that you are part of the community. As you know, Hudsonville is a great place to live, work, and play. The City of Hudsonville is a community with strong family values, friendly people, well-kept neighborhoods, opportunities for worship, an active farming community, and numerous parks. This is wonderfully paired with easy access via M-6 to both the amenities of Grand Rapids and Holland, within just a short 15 minute drive. Hudsonville was incorporated in 1927 and is named after one of its earliest settlers, Homer E. Hudson. The farming influence of these early settlers has remained a critical component of the local economy, with Hudsonville coined the “Salad Bowl City” for its diversity of crops.
