Walt has been in the real estate profession for over 30 years. His accomplishments include: owning and operating his own company for over 20 years building an agent team of 32 associates. During that time, Walt was active for six years with development, building and sales of both residential and commercial properties. Walt served as a State Director with the Kentucky Association of REALTORS®. During his term he was State Education Director for two years, and Vice President of K.A.R. for one year. Walt has over 2,000 hours as a real estate instructor.

Ellen Mayleben has over 16 years of real estate experience including brokerage, development, investment sales, property management and asset management. Her background includes operating the asset management department for a local financial institution, buying, selling, financing and managing the real estate portfolio for a large Cincinnati developer and partnering with a local development group to participate in regional real estate investments. Ellen joined Huff in 2006 to provide exceptional sales and leasing service for her ever growing clients.

A veteran area commercial Realtor, has joined the HUFF Commercial Group. He has specialized in land, office, retail and investment transactions, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, investors and developers. A Fort Mitchell native, Chuck began his professional career with Kentucky State Government, holding executive positions with the Governor’s Office and the Economic Development Cabinet. He spent nine years as an economic analyst with a landscape architecture, engineering and planning firm in Louisville, where he conducted market research and development feasibility studies.
