Description

HumCap was founded by Tad McIntosh, when he realized the growing disparity between the amount of resources companies were spending on recruiting and HR services, and the average results they were achieving. Various problems encountered by these companies included the inability to afford a traditional percentage of base salary fees, and ineffectively managing the critical aspects of their HR function. These problems directly lead to the hiring of lower caliber talent, high turnover, and various time consuming employee issues and lawsuits.
