Care Manager: Su Zerwin, R.N . Su has extensive experience in home health care, adult day care, and senior housing with additional nursing experience in oncology and mental health. She has been an RN for 40+ years and a Care Manager with Human Network Systems since 1992. Semi-retired but available to HNS on a limited basis, Su provides fill in coverage and covers a small case load.

Care Manager: Debra Robinson, B.S.W., MSW . Debra is the most recent addition to HNS and brings experience of working with disabilities, end-of-life care issues, and adult mental health. She is in the process of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Care Manager. She has specialized training through the Alzheimer's Association in working with dementia-related illnesses and has been a CNA, helping provide care to the elderly and disabled in several settings.

Our purpose is to act as a family representative or liaison for seniors, elderly individuals, or disabled adults at a point in their lives when added support is needed.

Director: Gordon P. Wolfe, M.S.W., L.C.S.W., N.C.G., C.M.C. Founder and co-owner of H.N.S., has 40+ years post masters experience, with 30+ years experience in guardianships, conservatorships, and working with the elderly and disabled. Active in the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) and the National Guardianship Association (NGA) and past member of national boards of directors of both organizations. Holds National Certifications in both Guardianship and Geriatric Care Management. Trained in Contemplative End-of-Life Care.

Association dedicated to funding research on Alzheimer's and to provide support to individuals with the disease, their families, and caregivers.
