Human Resources Alternatives is a privately held company founded in 1992 to offer practical professional Human Resources services to small to mid-size firms. We provide hands-on Human Resources support including HR Outsourcing, Support, Consulting, and Contract Professionals. Our consultative approach is geared to meet & support company objectives. We assist companies with start-up periods, periods of fast growth, medical/family leaves, and interim opportunities.

We provide a variety of services. We are unique in that in addition to the strategic HR issues, we also provide services for the day to day issues that any manager or owner encounters when managing employees.
