If your primary service provider is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction or your complaint involves your primary service provider, you should then request to speak to the Program Supervisor. The Program Supervisor will request that you explain the circumstance surround your complaint, and will then work to resolve your complaint.

The Council on Accreditation (COA) is an international, independent, not-for-profit, child and family service and behavioral healthcare accrediting organization. Founded in 1977 by the Child Welfare League of America and Family Service America, COA partners with human service organizations worldwide to improve service delivery outcomes by developing, applying, and promoting accreditation standards.

HRDI is a sanctioned enrollment site for the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program providing counseling services for problem and pathological gamblers. Although primarily located at the 51st Street location, treatment services are offered at all HRDI facilities. Community outreach education and awareness training can be scheduled.
