Dilip Kumar Srivastava (or DK as he is fondly called) is the Head of HR, HCL Corporation & Shiv Nadar Foundation and is responsible for driving strategies around talent, culture and organizational effectiveness at HCL. Mr. Subroto Bhattacharya is a Chartered Accountant. He spent his early career with DCM Limited where he rose to the position of a Director on its board. In the late eighties, he joined the HCL Group and subsequently joined the Board of the flagship company HCL Limited. Mr. Bhattacharya has an experience of over 34 years with specialization in Finance and Management Consultancy. He has a vast experience in financial management, accounts and audit.
