Hunt, Spillman and Associates, p.c. is a Fort Collins certified public accountant firm providing a wide range of accounting, auditing, and taxation services in Fort Collins and throughout Northern Colorado. Liz became a member of the firm in 2004. She performs financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. She specializes in audits of Employee Benefit Plans. Elizabeth has extensive experience working with farmers, and small business owners. She also prepares tax returns for individuals and businesses. Liz received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting in 2003 from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

We provide many types of assistance in connection with business development and operations management. We also offer professional assistance relating to business activities such as debt and equity financing, investments, mergers, acquisitions, sales and liquidations.

Bob joined the firm that is now Hunt, Spillman & Associates, p.c. in 1969. With more than 45 years of experience in public accounting, he is responsible for management of accounting, auditing and tax services.
