Description
The original building was constructed in 1925. In September 1925 the Hunters Chlorine Hot Springs Club was formed with H. A. Hunter President, H. A. Utley Vice President, E. G. Favell Secretary Treasurer and Dr. H. G. Kelty Manager for the purpose of constructing an establishment that provided therapy, rest and recuperation. Shortly, thereafter, Dr. Kelty moved his practice here.
