Description

Hunter announced the signing of a Global License Agreement with Space SRL (www.space-srl.com), an Italian company. The acquired product line for Hunter includes Complete green sand plants, Turbo intensive mullers, Fluid bed coolers, Homogenizing pre-mixers and coolers, sand handling equipment, and Sand additions and system management automatic control systems. The License Agreement grants Hunter exclusive rights to manufacture and sell Space equipment throughout the world, with the exception of Europe.
