Jim joined with John and Scott in establishing the firm in 1988. He has over 30 years experience providing tax, accounting and auditing services for individuals, privately-held companies, estates and trusts.

Terri joined the firm in December 2011. She has lived in Humboldt County since 1974 and has a great deal of experience in human resources, finance and management. Her interests include quilting, reading and traveling.
