Two years of Business experience in a professional environment preferred. Prior project management coordination experience preferred. High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, engineering, or construction management preferred. Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay close attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communicator (oral and written) including desire to ask questions and learn from others. Ability to focus on short-term and long-term goals simultaneously. Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines.

Highland Homes is currently accepting resumes for a Land Associate I position. Prior project management coordination skills are preferred. Two years of business experience in a professional environment is required.
