Welcome to Huntsville Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. Our practice is dedicated to providing patients with high quality, cost-effective oral surgical services. With a long history of consistency and reliability, Huntsville OMS utilizes extensive experience to provide a high level of care.
Dr. Duke completed his undergraduate studies at Auburn University in 1975. Upon graduation he joined the United States Army and served as a nuclear weapons officer along the East German border in southern Germany. After completing his first tour of duty he returned to the United States and received his doctorate in dental medicine from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1986. He then returned to Germany and served as the Regimental Dental Surgeon for the 2nd Armored Calvary Regiment and the officer in charge of the 87th Medical Detachment (Dent Svc) in operation Desert Storm in Iraq.
