Baggs & Laine, L.L.P. dba Hurricane Engineering and Inspection Services has a mission to provide our clients with the highest quality engineering and inspection services. Our goal is to be up-front and effective communicators as well as experienced educators with our architects, builders, roofers and staff. We will work within the boundaries of integrity and law. We service our area in a timely manner satisfying our customers needs based on many years of experience. We will follow the guidelines of the Texas Department of Insurance Windstorm Division, the (ICC) International Code Council, the (IBC) International Building Code, and (IRC) International Residential Code as well as current State and Municipal codes.
