Most of our work comes from long term, renewable contracts with clients for whom we have provided top quality service for many years. We provide our clients with responsive service, delivered on time and within budget on a wide array of project types, from multi-million dollar new buildings to remodels, systems upgrades, historic renovations and repair and maintenance work. Each project, no matter how large or small, is important to our clients.

This new fire station for the Idaho Army National Guard was designed to be constructed under two phases. Phase one had a total area of 5200 s.f. 2500 of that is a (2) bay apparatus bay with the remainder of the building consisting of dorm rooms, kitchen, watch desk, day/training room, bathrooms and additional support spaces. The budget for phase one was extremely tight. HSA worked closely with the Guard with regard to programming and delivered a design that came in under budget while meeting all their needs for phase one.
