Hy-Tek Manufacturing Co. Inc. is a privately held company in the western suburbs of Chicago with over 20 years of experience in the design and production of specialized products in the Industrial, Commercial and Government markets.

In 1990, the company received contracts to design and manufacture a wide array of simulated munitions in support of the U.S. Government’s effort to destroy the large stockpile of Chemical Weapons stored at various sites around the country. Company engineers successfully designed and built over 100 different surrogate munitions designs including large caliber projectiles, fuzes, bombs, explosive trains, land mines, rockets, spray tanks and bulk containers. The company still supports these efforts even after 20 years of program involvement supplying design and production services.

Hy-Tek has a fully-staffed engineering department specializing in process development as well as prove design. Our team has extensive experience working with government agencies including all branches of the Department of Defense.

HMC maintains a diverse inventory of equipment designed to cover the full spectrum of machining services. Our machine tools incorporate the latest technologies and are designed to meet all capacity and capability requirements. HMC understands the importance of maintaining tight tolerances positional requirements and personnel to ensure only the highest quality components are delivered. In addition, our in-house maintenance department ensures that our production capacity remain online and machine down-time kept to a minimum.
