Hydrotech Coating Systems has been in operation since 2003. We have developed and applied a unique waterproofing system that keeps our customer basements dry. HCS is now selling and distributing the individual components of our waterproofing system for contractor and home owner installation. The HCS waterproofing solution is unique because it solves several problems found in residential basements. Our Dura-Systems rubber coating eliminates water seepage; moisture vapor drive; makes it much easier to control basement humidity; and is impermeable to radon gas. The Saber Sump Pit drainage basins are engineered to quickly collect ground water which reduces the pressure exerted on the basement foundations; can be tied into perimeter drainage if required; and can be used for radon gas mitigation. Our StormPro Sump Pumps are designed to work with the Saber Pit to pump water quickly and efficiently without short cycling. The Clear Check Valve is designed to work with the StormPro pumps providing quiet operation and allows for easy inspection of water flow.
