In fall of 2008 we purchased a new facility located at 5440 L Street, and completely remodeled it. We wanted to provide the General Public something that only dealers were privileged to at auctions, so we started with a completely customized facility. Next we expanded our Dealer Relations by working with dealers from across the Omaha Metro and even many from out of town. Our goal was to have a wide selection of inventory for our auction and Retail customers, and because of this we can now offer our cars for less money than you'd pay at a typical dealership. That's how we coined the phrase "Buy like a Dealer". We also started working with local and national Finance companies and Banks to ensure that everyone who wants to purchase a car can.

I-80 Auto Sales & Auctions understands everyone's interest in discounted auto parts. We've added an entirely new division of our business dedicated to stocking a large inventory of used auto parts for the general public to purchase. When a car is decommissioned, most times it goes straight to the crusher, in most situations there are hundreds of parts still salvageable that are lost. We've saved these cars from the crusher and have taken a close look into each vehicle to find the used parts that are in good working condition. We purchase most of our salvaged cars from insurance auctions and salvage sales, then part them out for you.

I-80 Auto is going to continue Omaha’s only public auto auction, but we have changed things up a bit to provide customers with a higher quality sale and a greater selection of vehicles to choose from. Our public auto auctions will now be held on the second Wednesday of each month starting, May 8 th , 2013. With this schedule change we will be able to offer our customers better quality vehicles with an awesome “Buy Like a Dealer” atmosphere that can only be found at I-80 Auto Auction.
