Each Registered user will be required to use a unique Username and password combination, in order to obtain access to the Scriptase™ Web Site. This states that the "Customer" agrees that it will not permit any person to use the Scriptase™ Username and password, other than the person to whom such Scriptase™ Username and password has been assigned, nor may any Registered Provider or Authorized Provider Designee authorize or knowingly permit his or her assigned Scriptase™ Username and Password to be used by another person.
