A Web-based screen-sharing application allows us to provide remote computer help to our customers as if we were right there in their offices. The support rep can connect to directly view the customer's screen, and share mouse and keyboard control. This allows the rep to solve the problem or to demonstrate the solution “live”, significantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of remote customer support.
